Each employee is trained to handle difficult situations and operate under
different levels of stress. Our fleet is fully licensed and adequately
insured to provide quality service. GVT Inc. requires our drivers have
1-year minimum experience, they must all have class 1A licenses and be
capable to drive anywhere our customs may require. All drivers for GVT Inc.
are experienced upon hiring. At the point of hiring they are trained further
in load securement, hours of regulations, safety policies and compliance,
and are involved in a drug and alcohol testing program, as well as U.S.
Homeland Security’s F.A.S.T. Program.
We pride ourselves on our experience in hauling a variety of products. All
of our drivers are trained in proper loading and unloading procedures. We
require that each driver be prepared to service our customers to the best of
their ability. This includes being mechanically inclined and having
knowledge of the equipment they operate and the product they are hauling.
